Our number five pick would have been the band Marshall Law, but they seemed a bit too country for this rock and metal top 5 list. There were many other bands considered but in the end it was decided that we choose Problem Child, a band from Carroll County who is working hard in the northwestern circuit. Problem Child are Steve Reed - Guitar; Wade Swanger - Guitar; Joe Henry - Bass; Todd Stansfield - Drums; and Abby Otradovec - Vocals. This long lasting band goes on with a vengeance after 20 years of rocking audiences since the 80's, playing famed venues like Hammerjack's and the Bayou in Georgetown. The band is still going strong and specializes in high octane party rock classics from the 70's and 80's covering bands such as Aerosmith, Def Leppard, ACDC, Scorpions, Led Zeppelin, Heart, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake, Bad Company etc. Catch them anywhere from West Virginia, to Southern Pa to Westminster, Md.
